Quality Policy

The primary goal of WERXE d.o.o. is to provide clients with the highest quality of services and products — from consulting and software development (custom websites, platforms, applications, modules, and technical solutions) to the delivery of our own digital solutions (Curriqla, PrivacyMark), which, given the sensitivity of the data they manage, are installed and executed in the client's domain with technical support and maintenance provided by WERXE.

The central concept of quality for WERXE is privacy management throughout the entire lifecycle of cooperation — from the first contact to project completion. This is our key differentiation from the competition: we understand the GDPR and act in accordance with its principles even when it is demanding, including a readiness to find an alternative solution or abandon initial requirements if they are not in line with privacy protection principles. Security and confidentiality are built into the delivery method itself (privacy-by-architecture): clients' production data generally does not reside on WERXE's infrastructure, and processing is always based on a data processing agreement.

Expertise, dedication, and reliability set us apart from the competition and form the foundation of long-term relationships with clients. The company's vision is to be a recognized partner for secure and compliant digital solutions in the domestic and regional markets, along with a responsible attitude towards employees, associates, and clients.

We achieve this through:

  • managing privacy and data protection as a guiding principle in all phases of cooperation;
  • considering the context of the organization and aligning the quality management system with the strategic goals of the company;
  • defining employee responsibilities in accordance with quality objectives;
  • establishing, applying, and continuously improving the system according to ISO 9001:2015 and information security according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022;
  • adhering to legal and regulatory obligations (especially GDPR and cybersecurity regulations);
  • monitoring and applying new technologies and continuous employee education;
  • careful selection and evaluation of suppliers and external associates;
  • understanding and exceeding client needs and expectations;
  • fast and structured response to incidents and client requests (SLA);
  • continuous improvement as a process-oriented, cyclical approach;
  • ensuring that our policy reflects what WERXE actually does.

The company is committed to the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of an integrated management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards. The Director of WERXE d.o.o. is responsible for communicating the Quality Policy to all persons working for or on behalf of the company and for making it available to relevant interested parties.
